Merlot

The Merlot is our largest single-story and features approximately 2,030 sq. ft., providing wonderful space for all family sizes. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 3 car garage are included. This flexible floor plan allows you to add a fourth bedroom or den. The Merlot features separate living and family rooms. The large family room is adjacent to an expansive kitchen with plenty of counter space and a walk-in pantry. An optional center island is also available. The master bathroom features a large walk-in closet and can be configured with separate bathtub and shower.
